Nutella & Oreo Cheesecakes

This dessert will make you the most popular person in the office

Need something to wow your friends, colleagues and family with? Look no further than this amazing mini cheesecake recipe. It mixes the two best things in the whole world together – Nutella and Oreos!

Plus, this is so easy to make and will feed an army. Enjoy!





-       1 ½ cups of biscuit crumbs (we used milk arrowroots)

-       1/3 of packed brown sugar

-       1/3 cup of butter, melted

-       450g of cream cheese

-       1 teaspoons of lemon juice

-       2 cups of thickened cream

-       12 Oreos, chopped

-       1 cup of Nutella



  1. Line a muffin tray with patty pans
  2. Mix together biscuit crumbs and brown sugar
  3. Add melted butter and mix until combined
  4. Press biscuit mix into the bottom of the patty pans and chill in fridge until firm
  5. Beat the cream cheese and lemon juice in a separate bowl until thick
  6. Add the thickened cream and beat until the batter is stiff
  7. Divide the batter into equal portions
  8. Combine chopped Oreos with one half of the batter
  9. Take the muffin tray out of the fridge and layer the Oreo mixture on top of the biscuit base. Chill in fridge
  10. Take the other portion and add the Nutella. Mix until combined
  11. Grab the muffin tray again and spoon the Nutella mixture over the Oreo layer
  12. Chill in fridge for at least three hours or overnight


This recipe will make about 12 mini cheesecakes. The recipe will also work with a regular cheesecake or springform pan.
