Company Changes Customer’s Name To ‘A**Hole’ On Bill!
A customer service call gone wrong… awks!
A company changed one of their customer’s names to ‘A**hole’ after a call to cancel the cable portion of their bill didn’t end so well.
‘A**hole’ - normally known as Ricardo Brown - said his wife was transferred to talk to a specialist who tried to convince her to upgrade her plan when she didn’t want to.
They couple then got a massive surprise in the mail when they received their next bill addressed to ‘A**hole Brown’ … can I get a what the?
Apparently they even went to the office personally, after calling them to get the name changed – but they said it couldn’t be done.
The company, Comcast, has since told The Huffington Post that “We have spoken with our customer and apologized for this completely unacceptable and inappropriate name change...We are working with our customer to make this right and will take appropriate steps to prevent this from happening again."
