Don’t Try This Next Time You Stay At A Hotel
You’ll get in lots and lots and lots of trouble.
Hotels lose up to $50,000 per year from things that their guests steal from their rooms… they’re not happy… and now they are doing something about it.
In case you have ever thought about stealing those beautiful white towels provided by your hotel, do NOT DO IT. I repeat, DO NOT DO IT.
A company in Miami known as Linen Tracking Technology have created a tiny cheap chip that hotels can place in their towels, robes, and any other kind of linen or anything that a customer may want to just pack in their suitcase and take home.
Apparently more than 2000 hotels have started using these chips.
If you don’t follow my advice and decide to steal a towel anyway, the police won’t come after you… however you will get a not-so-friendly call from your hotel and they will probably charge you.
So there’s really no point, okay?
