It's widely believed that low paying jobs require very little skill, however that stereotype couldn't be further from the truth.
Quite a few of Australia's lowest earning occupations require qualifications such as beauty therapists and hairdressers.
ABS data has release the figures based on the average gross earnings of full-time non-managerial adult employees.
In descending order, these are the worst paying jobs in the country.
