Scientists Have Discovered A Legit Love Potion
Hotness in a can?
If you’re anything like me, you’re willing to try anything to increase the chances of success on a first date.
Well okay. Not anything, but this discovery by German scientists seems pretty promising.
The Daily Mail reports researchers have a discovered a “love potion” which makes males 15 per cent more attractive to the opposite sex.
How does it work? It’s a spray that contains syntocinon – a synthetic form of oxytocin - the hormone produced when we fall in love.
The researchers asked 40 volunteers to take part in an experiment where they were asked to inhale a spray. Half inhaled the hormone spray and the other half a placebo.
When presented with photos of men the women who had inhaled the “love potion” rated men 15 per cent more attractive than those who hadn’t.
Sounds like a sure thing right? Not so fast.
The chemical doesn’t appear to work for women on hormonal contraception and can cause nausea, headaches and even miscarriages.
Sorry boys, looks like you’ll still have to keep working on your first-date banter!
Would you recognise this guy after he shaved 14 years worth of beard off?
He might just be the most embarrassing dad in the world.
