We imagine that being told you are going to be heavily retouched is one of the less-nice things about being an actress - especially when they start messing with your body!

So we really respect the stance Keira Knightley has taken in a new [NSFW] shoot for Interview magazine - going topless on the condition that her pictures WON'T be Photoshopped!

Keira explained why she allowed for the shot to run to the Times of London

“I’ve had my body manipulated so many different times for so many different reasons, whether it’s paparazzi photographers or film posters. I think women’s bodies are a battleground and photography is partly to blame. You need tremendous skill to be able to get a woman’s shape and make it look like it does in life, which is always beautiful. But our society is so photographic now, it becomes more difficult to see all of those different varieties of shape.”

Brava Keira!!
