Fergie Reveals The Secret To Her Bangin' Post-Baby Bod
How she lost her baby weight stat!
Black Eyes Peas singer Fergie has revealed the secret to her bangin’ post-baby bod!
The mother to 14-month-old Axl and wife to actor Josh Duhamel spoke to Shazam Top 20 about her post-baby fitness routine and admitted losing her baby weight took effort.
“I worked really hard. Taking dance classes really introduced me to my old friend cardio [laughs]…that I had to get reacquainted with. Once I started sweating from the dance classes, I realised…ok ooh I’m getting results from this and I realised on the days I wasn’t taking dance classes, I started jogging again and just making sure I broke a sweat.”
She admitted to keeping her diet perfectly on point in addition to her regime.
“I had to eat healthy absolutely, but my key thing that works is that I drink a green smoothie with kale, spinach, half a banana, half a pear, half an apple and some freshly squeezed orange juice in there, every morning and I have to do that before I actually chew food. I have to earn the right to have food that I can chew.”
For new mothers hitting the treadmill Fergie did have one sneaky tip.
“One of my secrets is I have a space heater…Put it next to the treadmill and you don’t have to jog as hard. It gives you more of a sweat; you don’t have to work as hard.”
