Five Stars You Didn't Know Were In Rugrats

We all know Chucky, Tommy and Angelica... but bet you didn't remember these!

With Nickelodeon’s announcement they are launching a channel devoted to your 90s faves – Rugrats is well and truly back on our radar.

We all know Chucky, Tommy and Angelica - but did you know there were some pretty big names who have cameo'd on the show? Here are some of the most well-known:

Kim Cattrall

She might have been the salacious Samantha in Sex in the City but she was also the voice of Chuckie’s biological mum in Season 4 of Rugrats. Who knew!?!

Dan Castellaneta

You might not know his name but you’ll certainly know his voice. He’s mostly known for voicing The Simpson’s regulars Grandpa Simpson, Barney Gumble, Krusty the Clown, Sideshow Mel, Grounds Keeper Willie and Mayor Quimby. Why you might not have noticed is he also voiced Jonathan, Charlotte’s assistant in Rugrats from season 3 onwards! We never picked that!

Busta Rymes

We’re not lying. Busta Rhymes was rthe coiced behind Stu Pickle’s Repwar wagon in The Rugrats Movie (remember that!?!?).

Amanda Bynes

Rewind it right back – before her breakdown, before her leading role on The Amanda Show, the star voiced Taffy – the gang’s best babysitter.

Jeremy Piven

You might know him from Entourage – but he also voiced four characters in Rugrats. The Golden Globe winner can put the parts of #12, Car Salesman, Hank and Mailboy on his CV. He went on to do pretty well for himself...

Alyson Hannigan

This one time, on Rugrats, our American Pie and Before I Met Your Mother fave Alyson voiced Angelica’s fave TV character Cyntia P.I.  Okay so it wasn’t one time, it was twice but still. She also returned to play Young Starlet for an episode!
