Kanye West Attacks Paparazzi! Today Network 12 September, 2008 - 8:31 AM

Kanye West has been arrested at Los Angeles International Airport for attacking a paparazzi. He's been charged with vandalism after damaging a photographers camera valued at more than $10,000. Kanye's manager, who was with him at the time, has also been arrested for vandalism and battery. The rapper has been released from jail after posting a $20,000 bail and will face court on October 2.

  We dont know what happened before that - not that i think that he has the right to smash the camera - but it is all one sided. Notice that the camera guy continues filming on the sly?

  Kanye musta been having a real bad day in order to do this.... i think he might have gone a little over the top but he deserves his privacy and sometimes paparazy scum don't understand that... as long as they get what they want it all that matters to them.

  I say good on ya Kanye for standing up to them... although i don't condone exactly what you did to those poor cameras lol.

  Could've been deal a little more with class... u just now look like a total tool in front on national tv, web and radio

  Personally I think we can't judge too much until we know exactly what happened before that. Ever notice that in situations like this they only start filming the second the "star" does something rash, and not minutes before where there was a "warm up" to the situation?

  I don't like Kanye West, he frequently shows an arrogance that defies his talent, but even I don't see the problem with him smashing this guy's camera.

  If you experienced the level of harassment that high profile celebrities put up with for just ONE day, you would probably take legal action against them. If you were harassed by them constantly, you would probably want to beat them up too.

  good on him :D smash that camera to pieces, I would!!! every one that thinks he's over the top should look at it from his perspective, if some stranger started filming you and taking photos of you I highly doubt you would be up for it... unless you're weird in that kind of way :)
