Bruno Crashes Eminem's MTV Party Music 1 June, 2009 - 3:22 PM

Serial prankster Sacha Baron Cohen and Eminem came to blows during the 2009 MTV Movie Awards.

Sacha introduced everyone to he new alter-ego 'Bruno', a gay entertainment reporter from Austria, by 'flying' onto the stage using a harness.

But things went horribly wrong when Bruno's harness failed and he crashed on top of the rapper, leaving Eminem's face buried deep in Bruno's crotch. Eminem was not happy as you can see from the video above.

Now the show's writer Scott Aukerman has revealed that Eminem was in on the prank, revealing via social networking site Tumblr "Yes, the Eminem-Bruno incident was staged. They rehearsed it at dress [rehearsal] and yes, it went as far as it did on the live show."

And Eminem has admitted it too, telling RapRadar.com "Sacha called me when we were in Europe and he had an idea to do something outrageous at the Movie Awards. I'm a big fan of his work so I agreed to get involved with the gag."

However Bang Media has heard from a source who said the bare buttocks were a big shock to the rapper; "The fact that his bare buttocks would be pressed into his face was never mentioned. When Eminem stormed out he was livid, he wasn't acting."

  I think it was staged but it would be hilarious if eminem wasnt in on the Joke! A real laugh to see him storming off with a mouth full of feathers!!!!!!!!

  so don't see the funny side of this. it was so predictable that he was going to land on someone in the audience. that would have ruined my night and i would have been pissed off and left the building like eminem did.
