The singer behind the biggest hit of the moment 'I Kissed A Girl' has revealed Miley Cyrus tops her list of girls she'd love to smooch.

Never afraid to set tongues wagging, Perry named the Hannah Montana star in the latest issue of Steppin' Out magazine.

"She's the lucky girl. It's cool to hear through the grapevine that Miley Cyrus has my song as her ring tone."

But it doesn't stop there - the 23-year-old pop vamp obviously isn't afraid of PDAs either, joking that:

"Maybe we'll have another Britney-Madonna moment on stage… How hilarious would that be? Although I don't think it would help her career. However, it would definitely help mine!"

  Guess she's just trying to maximise her 15 minutes of fame a little longer. Sad.

  haha, that's so insane that my favourite singer and my least favourite singer are friends. their songs are being made by the same people yet everything that comes out of mileys mouth seems so ridiculous. they seem so opposite to each other, so even though i dont like miley i love that katy's friends with her, because it boggles my mind! and the idea of them hooking up is so insane that i can't even imagine it at all.
