Justin Bieber can carry on yelling at soundies and acting like a child for a bit longer because Mariah Yeater - who alleged Bieber is the father of her child, Tristyn - has caved to threats from Team Biebs, and dropped her Paternity suit against the pop star.

The Californian woman claimed she had sex with Justin in a backstage bathroom back in October 2010, but has since learned that Biebs and his legal team don't eff around!

It ain't over for the 20-year-old baby mamma though. Justin's team still plan to sue Yeater and her lawyers who quit today for making a malicious claim!

Uh-oh!
