The world's been eagerly waiting (we think) for Lindsay Lohan's Playboy pics - and the cover has already been leaked!

A photo of the million-dollar January/February cover first appeared on theinsider.com ahead her appearance on Ellen's TV show on December 15, where she was meant to unveil the spread.

Sitting backwards on a red chair in the shape of the Playboy bunny logo, Lindsay's private parts are strategically covered. It kinda reminds us of the famous 1963 Lewis Morley photo of model Christine Keeler.

Playboy chief Hugh Hefner is said to be very content with the shoot despite the first shots being very underwhelming).

From the sexy to the scandalous, a private diary of Lindsay's has been obtained by Star magazine in the States and it reveals that she was dating Heath Ledger when he died back in 2008.

In an entry dated 22 January 2008, Lindsay writes, "Today Heath died, I’m in love with him…. He was the love of my life. He taught me so much, and he was everything I’ve ever wanted and more."

"I want to hear him laugh and hold me. I crave his touch and care."
