Those abs don't look after themselves: or that's what Taylor Lautner reckons. For those boys jealous of Tay's rippling chest, be warned – it comes at a price. Taylor has admitted that crew had to force him to eat on set of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1.

"I had people bringing me food and shoving it in my face, saying 'Eat, Taylor!' They sort of had to force me," Lautner told Parade.

"Then I had to get my butt in the gym, and that's difficult because we were filming 12- to 15-hour days."

 "I can definitely say that after my last shirtless scene, as soon as I wrapped, it was a huge celebration," he said. "I went out and had desert for the first time in a while, and I took few days off of the gym."

Wow, a few days... What a badass.

"I've pretty much always been a pretty healthy eater and I don't pig out. If I occasionally want ice cream or something, I can have it," he tells Parade.

Occasional ice cream? If that's what you have to do for a body like that, he can keep it!
