A clearly shaken Tiger finally spoken for the first time in three months about his scandal which has rocked the world.

In Tiger's 10 minute or so speech to a handpicked room of friends and supporters the golfing star referred to his "irresponsible and selfish behaviour"'.

His wife Elin was not at the press conference although Tiger alluded to the couple perhaps reconciling in the future.

Was it all a carefully put together PR stunt or a heart felt apology? Tell us what you think.

  Who cares about the apology. If he thought he was invincible and no rules applied to him, why get married??? He made the decision to marry, thus making a commitment to one person for the rest of his life... why marry if you are a sex addict and know you will be out looking for a chance to satisfy your addiction outside of the marriage? God knows what kind of diseases he could have given his wife. I feel for his wife who has been most humiliated, I don't blame her for not showing her face in public.
  I hope this is a lesson to anyone who ithinks is above it all simply due to their status in life, etc. One day, it all catches up to you.

  My god, I am sooooooo over men using sex addiction as an excuse for their infidelities. My ex did the same thing. Face up to the fact that you can't do the monogamous relationship gig and stay single! Why these men get married and have children knowing that more than likely one day they are going to get caught and hurt their family is beyond me. Grow up Tiger and let your poor wife move on........far away from the likes of you.

  Ppl just need to get over this whole issue. I'm not saying what he did was right but there are worse things going on in this world than having a stupid press confrence for a man that cheated on his wife. We just need to get over it and move on. Spend our time worring about more important things.
