Altiyan Childs got emotional live on radio when trying to clear the air over recent allegations about his behaviour made by his former 'Altourage" and a series of supposedly incriminating photos.

The X-Factor winner couldn't hold back the tears as he told Andrew Gunsberg and Charli Robinson that he is the "cleanest guy in rock n roll" and reflecting upon the support of his family and fans, in particular his father.

In response to those photos of him looking worse for wear, Childs also denied that they looked worse than they really were.

  100% behind you Altiyan - always! Altiyan's an amazing rocker and song writer. Glad that his former manager is behind him again. His former original songs are awesome. Altiyan has an amazing family behind him. They are genuine & amazing to their fans. Let it go Altourage Crew. Leave Altiyan alone now. The fans are hanging for more songs & concerts.

  I wanted to add to my comment that ....it surprises me how much Australian media takes on and promotes any new talent show winner from overseas (esp. USA), but when it comes to our talent, they have become so prudish & judgemental....somewhat embarrassing when they pick on someone so genuine & nice. However, if Altiyan was in USA.....I know they would LOVE him & he'd be HUGE!

  The pity party is getting pathetic. You're a 36 year old man and you're blaming everyone else for your problems. Just because you can easily turn on the water works doesn't mean you're innocent, actors can do it all the time. You are the only reason you haven't gotten anywhere since winning and going on the t.v and radio and trying to get sympathy votes is beyond pathetic
