NSW Man Held At Gunpoint For 17 Hours
Three men are charged with holding another man hostage for 17 hours inside a northern NSW house and terrorising him with a gun.
The 25-year-old went to the Moree house early on Saturday morning to meet with a 30-year-old man known to him, police say.
He managed to escape the house at about 1.30am the next day.
Officers raided the Brand Street house on Sunday afternoon and say they seized two unregistered firearms, methamphetamine and cannabis.
The 30-year-old accused was nabbed by police after a short chase on foot and he's been slapped with gun and drug charges as well as detaining a person for advantage.
Two others, aged 16 and 37, were later arrested and charged with similar offences.
The trio have all been refused bail to appear in various NSW courts in December.
