This Dinner Tweak Can Help You Lose Weight Faster
Would you try this?
Scientists have discovered simply changing the time you eat dinner can help you burn more calories and lose weight.
According to new research from the Pennington Biomedical Research Centre, eating your dinner in the early afternoon can help with fat burning.
“We found that eating between 8am and 2pm followed by an 18-hour daily fast burned more fat and kept appetite levels more even throughout the day, in comparison to eating between 8am and 8pm, which is average for Americans,” said Courtney Peterson, PhD, who led the study.
Scientists say that this eating pattern works with your body’s circadian rhythms – which make our metabolism peak earlier in the day.
