Severe Fire Danger Forecast For Parts Of NSW
First day of summer…
The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a severe fire weather warning for parts of NSW.
Hot, dry and gusty westerly winds are set to hit inland NSW, and a fire weather warning has been forecast for the Northern Slopes, North Western and Upper Central West Plains.
The NSW Rural Fire Service is advising people in the affected areas to:
- Action your Bushfire Survival Plan now
- Monitor the fire and weather situation through your local radio station, www.rfs.nsw.gov.au and www.bom.gov.au
- Call 000 in an emergency
