Keely's One Wish
16 year old Keely, diagnosed with a rare brain tumour, got her wish
Keely is a trooper. She is 16 and suffering from a rare brain tumour. She had one wish.
16 year old Keely, diagnosed with a rare brain tumour, lives in Townsville with her mum and dad, but due to her gruelling treatment schedule, spends much of her time hours away in Brisbane at the Royal Children’s Hospital.
She is a huge campaigner of childhood cancer and is one inspiring young girl.
When Make-A-Wish approached Keely to find out what her most cherished wish would be, she was very clear in wanting to meet her idol, country music superstar Lee Kernaghan and record a song she had written about childhood cancer with him titled ‘Turn This To Gold’ the song is available on iTunes with proceeds from the sales coming to Make-A-Wish.

This morning, Keely’s wish appeared on Sunrise with a heart-warming dedicated story:
