Sia Embarrassed After 'Titanium' Was Released By David Guetta
It was the song that helped Sia gain much deserved recognition in the world, however she has revealed that she was mortified after 'Titanium' was released.
David Guetta released the song without her knowledge after she'd written the track. It was originally meant for Mary J. Blige, however Guetta decided it sounded better with Sia on vocals.
When talking to The Sunday Times, Sia revealed "I was like, "What the f**k?" I'd spent such a long time building what I thought was my own credible music career, and I found myself embarassed by the commercialism of that music."
"But, of course, when it buys you a house, it stops feeling like such a bad thing."
It's not all bad news for the Aussie singer/songwriter. She also said that the song was "the best thing to happen to my career."
And why wouldn't she be happy. The song is a club favourite, and definitely one that we have on our Songl playlist.
