Lizzie McGuire was So Yesterday... helloooooo hot (and legal) 21-year old Hilary Duff!
In a very very clear sign that the Duffster has well and truly grown up, the video clip for her upcoming single Reach Out is raunchy with a capital R.
The folks at Hot30 HQ reckon the opening rap is a playful little jab at Hilary's ex, Good Charlotte's Joel Madden, and his partner Nicole Richie. Listen closely to the lyrics - whaddya reckon?
But most importantly, feast your eyes on gorgeous guys and girls running around in their undies, creative uses for silk scarves, getting to second base, and an OMG moment around the 3:00 mark...

I am 12 and i used to be OBSESSED WITH HILARY DUFF. no joke. i went to her concert. woke up at 6 just to watch her on tv and bought ALL her merchandise. She was my idol and i thought she was the coolest thing ever. Then she cam back anorexic and all tryahrdish.I feel sad for her now. She is trying so hard but she cant change who she is , and she is best as that fun little girl that sang those cute songs. I would like to know who she is impressing by this, She has lolst most of her actual kid fans and i want to know if she has any older fans. She has changed for the worse.
