Our very own Kyle Sandilands has been INJURED and ELIMINATED from Kyle and Jackie O’s Amazing Race.

Kyle was confident entering the competition with model and Dancing with the Stars contestant Lara Bingle but it ended disastrously when he fell and injured his right knee.

The bloodied and bruised knee forced the pair to retire from the race which took place across Sydney, with our Dirt insiders spotting the teams travelling across the harbour earlier this afternoon.

Lucky Kyle made it back on air this morning for his all star 40th birthday! No knee injury could stop the big man from cutting a rug!

  Sorry that you fell over so badly, that damn rope it was a safety hazard!!! And god Lara, you could have been more sympathetic, the poor man fell pretty badly.
