Yes 100%. My sister wants to get one done with her second partner as her first marriage did not work out. Her second partner is not willing to co-operate so i would say he is just there for the money. Always cover yourself. Its always great when you are in love and things are going great but what happens when things turn for the worst? Then its each person for themselves and thats where all the money and assets come involved.

hey, i have been maried for 11 years and if things ever didn't work out i will walk away with nothing because that is how i would want it!!!what is the whole purpose of the prenup if you didn't marry each other for love in begin with????!
