The Lunch Box DietHollywood star that’s done it: Cameron Diaz
The gist:
This is a simple and healthy way to control what you eat.
Grab a lunch box and fill it with a mix of foods which are portioned into 60 percent vegetables, 30 percent protein and 10 percent fat.
Take the lunch box wherever you go - work, uni, even the movies. Only eat what’s in the box throughout the day, and nothing else.
You can graze all day and not feel guilty at all about what you’re eating because you know you’ve packed a healthy mix of food. This plan works to boost your metabolism, maintain your blood sugar levels, and prevent overeating.
NOTE: Your breakfast and dinner stay the same.
Recommended food to put in your lunch box:
*Broccoli pieces
*Snow peas
*Cucumber
*Carrot sticks
*Beetroot
*Chicken or turkey breast slices
*A pear or an apple
*A handful of strawberries and almonds
*A small portion of steamed brown rice
*Or, a slice of wholemeal bread with avocado.
Exercise:
This diet does not have any recommendations for exercise.
I recommend at least 20 to 30 minutes of aerobic exercise each day.
Cameron Diaz is rumored to be a gym junkie hitting the cardio and weight machines at least 5 times a week.

I think that's a great idea as I always fall off my diet in restuarants or when I need a snack so bringing my own would help out!
