Hollywood’s latest diet fad is the iZO Cleansing program. It’s a raw, vegan, organic juice cleansing program, which uses specially made liquids to aid weight lose.
The iZO CEO and founder, Tim Martin says celebs love the juices, “It’s the fastest, healthiest way to loose weight and to look fabulous…for the awards season many celebrities call us up frantically the week before so they can fit into their dress and look good.”
The juices are made the night before and delivered to the celebs door the next morning by 6am. The juice feast consists of 7 drinks that are to be consumed throughout the day. The drinks include:
- A green juice (cucumber, celery, parsley, fennel and ginger)
- A red juice (parsley, carrots, apples, beets, celery, celery and ginger)
- Four Chinese herbal teas
- One protein juice.
Tim recommends going on the diet for 10 consecutive days once or twice a year and do maintenance cleanse of 3 to 4 days once a month.

This is stupid! Did you know that liquid diets have been used as a form of torture? Your body needs fats and it needs a wide variety of nutrients to be healthy. Most of your brain is made up of fat and protein, which is why anorexic brains can actually shrink! I had an operation on my jaw and was only able to consume liquid for a while; of course the weight fell off me because I was unable to eat properly and that's all this diet really is - starving your body! I think even mentioning these diets that these celebrities are supposedly on is very irresponsible without mentioning itâÃÂÃÂs harmful affects. The fact that people might think these celebrities look so beautiful because of this seems to make starving yourself acceptable and that is very sick.
