Kim Kardashian is best known for her curvy voluptuous body. Women envy it, and men crave it. The TV star/ model says it’s not easy keeping her tight hourglass figure in shape. She reportedly works out 3 to 5 times a week.
Kim hits the gym for an hour long workout:
- 30 minutes of cardio
- 30 minutes of weights and a set of abdominal exercises.
If she’s not in the gym she’s at home working out with her very own exercise DVDs. Kim has developed workout DVD’s called "Fit in your jeans by Friday". The DVD’s are designed to be home workouts and each one concentrates on different activities to help tone different parts of the body. The “Ultimate Butt Body Sculpt", "Amazing Abs”, and Butt Blasting Cardio Step” are extremely popular, with copies being sold throughout the world via online shopping.
As for diet, Kim has been rumored to be on the macrobiotic diet. It’s a vegan diet that prohibits processed foods and allows vegetables, grains, seaweed, fruits and beans. The most important principle of this diet is it states that every mouthful of food must be chewed thoroughly before swallowed. The theory behind chewing your food for longer is that you eat slower and hence eat less as your brain has time to process what’s happening.

She has a great body. It's all about exercise and dieting. There's no magic fix. I'v heard the ads on 2 day FM for Hypoxi so I tried it and I love it! Hypoxi is a great way to boost your exercise.
