A sneak peak into Jessica Simpson’s new weight-loss diet.

Lately Jessica Simpson has been splashed across tabloid magazines, not for her singing talent, but for her weight gain.

Well, the gorgeous blonde bombshell is fighting fit and getting back into shape by eating well and exercising.  She eats five meals a day and hits the gym for 20 to 30 minutes a day.

Here’s a sneak peak into Jess’s diet:


Breakfast:

-  Wholemeal berry pancakes,
-  Broccoli and cheddar omelette,
-  French toast with ricotta.


Snacks:

-  Protein chocolate mint shake,
-  Cottage cheese and pears,
-  Carrot sticks and onion dip


Lunch:

-  Backed chicken and salad,
-  Chinese chicken wraps with soy sauce,
-  Steak with cauliflower/carrot mash and brown-rice.


Dinner:

-  Shrimp and brown-rice stir-fry,
-  Wholegrain spaghetti with meatballs,
-  Tuna tartar with arugula.


A sneak peak into Jess’s gym sessions:


25 minute workout:
-   5 minute cardio warm up
-   5 minute upper-body strength training
-   5 minute lower-body strength training
-   5 minute core training
-   5 minutes high intensity cardio

    It' actually a really healthy diet. To all the girls out there that try to starve themselves thin it doesn't really work for a long time because your body has a famine instinct. If you take food away you body thinks that you are in a situation where there isn't a lot of food so it will start to store all the calories that you eat. It's not an attractive look. 5 to 6 meals a day of a good portion size (about the size of your clenched fist) at least 2-3 hours apart will speed up your metabolism so you will be burning calories even when you are watching TV. That's the secret to sustained weight loss.

    actually belinda.. it wont make u fat, its 5 small meals a day.. which speeds up ur metabolism and makes ur body not store food for later cause it knows it will keep getting fed. best way to lose weight
