ScarJo's Sweaty Issue

(Getty Images) I love it when ordinary things happen to extraordinary people. Case in point this photo.
If it’s not glaringly obvious or you were just mesmerized by Scarlett Johansson's boobs, she has tremendous sweat patches under her arms. An ordinary thing that happens to the best of us glanduarly challenged normal folk.
Now the word on the street is that Scarlett and her husband Ryan Reynolds (yet another impossibly, extraordinarily, ridiculously good looking person) just had a fight (presumably about who is better looking or who has more in their bank account) and Ryan stormed out of an event, leaving Scarlett hot and sweaty on stage to promote her role in the upcoming Iron Man 2 film.
Now arguing with your spouse does raise ones body temperature, voice and would lead to perspiration and loss of rational debate (except that I’m always right, right?!)
So I’m just suggesting a few things come to mind here in order to remedy an otherwise avoidable and potentially embarrassing situation of “Visible Wet Patches”
a) Stick to wearing dark coloured clothes – most of the time this will disguise the wetness OR
b) Start using an “Anti-perspirant”
Some people don’t realise that most of the “underarm” products on the market for women are scent based sprays or roll ons that tackle the scent issue, but not the perspiration or wetness.
The following products are readily available at supermarkets and pharmacies around the world, for example:
Rexona Anti-perspirant Deodorant Roll-on for Women Sport
Nivea Dry Anti-persiprant Deodorant Spray for Women
For the more adventurous or environmentally conscious you can try this at home recipe for a greener alternative…
Mix together corn starch, baking soda, coconut oil, essential oils (for nice smells) in a bowl and then smear onto your underarms
Another suggestion I’ve researched:
Rub half a lemon under each arm which is apparently effective in killing bacteria which is the cause of the smell or B.O
This however seems to be quite a costly exercise if done twice a day or lemons are out of season *
Do you have any other anti-perspirant product or recipe suggestions? Please let us know.
*I’ve never tried this myself, I’d rather use lemons for cooking with Roast Chickens, lemon butter etc

I'm with Biggzy, black tops are the way to avoid those patches of shame! Drink loads of water too.

I have the same problem, no matter what or how much deodorant I use, how much water I drink and all the home remedies I have tried, nothing works. Its horrible and embarrassing although there is no scent I still get the patches. Even when it is 10 degrees I still have the issue.

I have to agree with Ash. I have the exact same problem, I constantly sweat and I'm a girl. It is so embarrassing but there is no way to stop it, so stop teasing the stars about their ordinary problems when people out there have the same problems.. they may get affended like myself for instance.
