5 Concoctions You Need To Check Out At Parramatta Lanes
Western Sydney’s latest food festival has been a hit so far – so here’s what you need to try when you head down there this week.
Foodie festival, Parramatta Lanes, takes over 10 lanes in Sydney’s west to bring you live music, performances, cutting edge art and some of the city’s best street food.
Here are five things you absolutely need to try.
Korean Light Bulb Soda
Available at Willow Grove, you’ve got to try this lightbulb soda from the Korean BBQ. Not only is it Instagrammable AF, but it comes in two flavours – iced tea and lemonade.
Fried Chicken Burger
Butter Sydney is known to be one of the city’s favourite places to get fried chicken, and they’re delivering the goods with this burger. It’s got pickles, dashi butter, a steamed bun and is super crunchy. You can find Butter Sydney at the Roxy Car Park.
Ice Cream Sandwich
Ice cream sandwiches are so simple, yet so delicious. Stroop Bros are serving up some amazing ones at Centenary Square. You have also got to try their Stroopwafel’s – maybe split with a friend!
Beef Brisket Bun
Eat Art Truck are serving up a variety of buns at Centenary Square, and this beef brisket one looks absolutely delicious. You can also swap out your bun for a lettuce cup! The guys behind this creation won the best new food truck award and top ten cheap eats. Totally worth a try!
Kaytercon Banana Split
Kaytercon Dessert Food Truck is located in the old Roxy Car Park, and is creating some epic treats for you. This banana split is brand new, and was only launched this month. Kaytercon have also got some delicious Mars, MnMs and Skittles drinks!
Parramatta Lanes runs until this Friday at 11pm. You can check out where the exact lanes/venues are on the Facebook event.
Inside Sydney's Food Playground: Tramsheds Harold Park
Here’s where you can get your hands on some free pizza and hot dogs this Friday! Lunch is totally sorted.
These look AMAZING, and we have no doubt they will taste equally as good.
Fancy a drink? May as well head down to one of the best bars in the whole damn world, right here in Sydney!
