We all know that buying your first home in Sydney is a struggle and a nightmare, but now it seems like it’s more unattainable than ever.

Dr Wilson explained that due to the high number of investors spurring property prices up, it’s only realistic for those who already own homes to buy another one.

The average house price is now a huge $1,068,303 and the figure is expected to climb further in the coming months.

Sigh.
