NOT AGAIN: Sydney Man’s Car Rolls Off Boat Ramp And Into The Ocean
Remember when that Sydney P-Plater got her car stuck on a boat ramp on the way to Manly? IT’S HAPPENED AGAIN. Kind of.
This time, it happened at a boat ramp in Palm Beach.
The poor dude was nearly finished unloading fishing gear from the car. He was about to back off from the boat ramp, but realised one of his car doors was still open. He leaned over to close it, but it was during this moment that his car rolled down the ramp and went into the water.
Luckily he managed to get out of the car while it was in the water, but was visibly distressed watching his car sink. AS YOU WOULD BE. According to a bystander, he was “soaking went and sitting there with his hands on his head."
No one else was in the car at the time.
An officer on a nearby police launch changed into his swimmers and tied a rope to the car to stop it from floating away. Then, a tow truck driver pulled the car out.
Deary, deary me.
