The Most Romantic Spot In The Southern Hemisphere Is In Sydney
Wedding cake rock? Rooty Hill RSL? The Opera House?
There are many landmarks around the world that scream ‘romance’ - the famous lovers bridge in Paris, for one. However right here in our city, there is a serious contender for the most romantic spot in the world.
As it turns out, the Sydney Harbour Bridge is right up there. Over 4000 proposals have taken place on top of the bridge, and they have even come up with a way for rings to be carried to the top safely. The ‘ERD’ aka Engagement Ring Device is a simple gadget that ensures this.
Plus, if you’ve ever wandered around the summit you would have seen weddings and/or wedding photoshoots taking place with the Harbour Bridge in the background.
