Epic Sydney Warehouse Sells For Nearly $8 Million, Breaks Surry Hills Record

Tags: Sydney, house, warehouse, home, property

A $7.95 million warehouse located in Surry Hills has been sold, and it’s broken the inner-city suburb record. Also, life is unfair.

The property is 780-square-metres, three storeys and has four bedrooms. It sold to a Sydney family at an auction this week, way above the asking price which was about $7 million.

To be honest, we can see why the price shot up. I mean, look at this beauty?!

It’s like a hipster haven.

Or just a general haven.

The warehouse is located on Bennett Place, and also has a four-car garage, large open-plan living areas, an artist’s studio, high ceilings, plenty of light, and the convenience of inner-city living.

It’s no doubt that a warehouse style living situation is everyone’s dream. It gives you the opportunity to live in a large space in an area where size is at a premium.

In the mean time we’re just going to hide in the corner and weep with jealousy.
